The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent terrace with view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the beach Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2k from centre of Moscenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 20 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia. Excellent locaion for exploring Istria.

Ova kuća za odmor stara je gotovo 70 godina i nalazi se u blizini Rovinja, na 5 minuta vožnje od mora i plaža. Na raspolaganju vam je gotovo 8000m2 okućnice. To je jednokatnica od 120 m2 uređena mješavinom antiknog i modernog namještaja, pogodna za 5 osoba. Sastoji se od kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, dvije kupaonice, bračne sobe za tri osobe i druge spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom. Obje spavaće sobe imaju terasu. Možete uživati ​​u novom bazenu. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
