No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

You will be situated 15 mins. between Willard Bay and Pineview. Snow Basin and Powder Mtn Ski Resorts are 35-38 mins. away. Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.
