Retreat, recharge, renew in a private paradise nestled in the Hoosier National Forest in Southern Indiana. Treat yourself to retreat and get away to this secluded piece of heaven on earth in a cabin snugged into the national forest in a rural area. Enjoy peace, and quiet. This is absolutely a hidden haven of heaven on Earth. Being in the Hoosier National Forest, we are situated in a recreational region that features many outdoor activities and offerings for nature lovers to explore and enjoy.

The Heron's Nest

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. Going upstairs, the Loft bedroom has a King sized Bed and Full Bath. Down stairs to the lowest level walk out basement, there is a third bedroom with a Queen Bed a Fourth Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV. Hot Tub $45. Pet $45 per pet per night. Visitors (not overnight) are $10 each.

Rivers Edge Cabin

Rivers Edge sleeps 14 comfortably with 2.5 baths and is wheelchair accessible on the main floor. Open floor plan is great for spending time together. There are kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and a gas grill. There is a 6-8 person hot tub located on lower deck, rocking chairs, picnic table on the porch. There is a fire pit outside and a dock is on the water for fishing or boating. However if the water is high the dock may not be accessible. This cabin is located in a private rural setting.

Big Sky Farm cabin is a custom designed 3,200 sf timber frame barn finished as our rural sanctuary tucked into 87 acres in the hills of southern Indiana. We are located about a 15-minute drive north of Tell CIty, IN and conveniently located within a reasonable drive to Holiday World Amusement Park, Matilda's Event Barn, Patoka Lake, and French Lick Resort amongst other local attractions.
