Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment within a traditional Cornish long cottage. It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. A cosy and spacious annex in great location minutes walk to fistral beach. Contemporary furnishings with luxury touches throughout. A fully equipped kitchen and luxe en-suite bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout making the space warm and inviting to return to after a surf! The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town centre is a km away.

Holywell beach is a short 5 minute walk through the village and is known for its picturesque Gull rocks back drop and natural spring water cave.
