There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

Tranquil Getaway on the Aroostook River. This property has 800 feet of riverfront access and is one of the best locations on the river, the views are spectacular. This location has some of the best fishing spots on the river as well as Salmon Brook and Gardner Creek. Snowmobile trails and access are a few miles away. There is plenty of room to park sled trailers Local activities include kayaking, hot-air ballooning, tubing, hunting, and snowmobiling. If its fun, its gotta be Maine!

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view. Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.

The Eagles Nest

In the Eagles Nest you are located in the country side of Fort Fairfield directly across the road from Aroostook Valley Country Club house and hole one. You will see the beautiful countryside, animals, and have access to snow mobile trails. We are located in Zone 6 for hunters. The perfect place for any outdoorsmen. We now have a second comp . Its the Bears Den. it's on it's own 100 acres overlooking a trout pond.

Apple Tree Cottage Tiny Home

Come and see what Tiny Home living is all about! This cute little cottage is nestled along a big apple tree. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
