Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Ideally located, a two minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Motorway and from there, a quick and easy drive to the Noosa, Coolum, Alexander Headland, Mooloolaba or Sunshine Coast Airport. Nestled in a small, quiet garden, the apartment is well equipped and offers off street parking and own access. The kitchenette/diner leads onto a patio whilst the bedroom boasts a lovely over-sized en-suite.

We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

Our two level apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a long holiday. Ocean views and only a walk across the road to the beach. In the middle of Peregian beach . Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering

Our 2 bedroom guest house with views onto the pool and hinterland views is ideally located. Enjoy a short 300m stroll to Peregian Village for eclectic shops and cafes or the patrolled beach and park. The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

Full time Tenants /co hosts live upstairs in the original beach house are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. 1.2km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.7km to the center of Coolum. Bus stop 50m or courtesy bus's to Clubs.
