It's the ideal base to enjoying the historic atmosphere of Perast and its islands, or as a base to explore the unique Kotor Bay area. Our tastefully decorated house is fully air conditioned throughout and has its own private vine covered courtyard to relax and dine. Perast has many wonderful waterfront restaurants to dine, relax with a drink and watch the sunset. You will love it.

Opustite se sa celom porodicom u ovom mirnom smeštaju koji se nalazi blizu Bajove kule 300m od centra Starog grada Kotor udaljen 9 km .Grad Perast je udaljem na 2 km.Plaza je udaljema ma 10 m. Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo. Sve prostorije su klimatizovane ,korišćenje wi -fi mreže neograničeno,besplatan parking u sklopu smeštaja.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
