This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage sleeps up to 7 and sits directly across from a waterfront park with a fishing dock, kayak launch, playground, gazebo, and walking path. During Blue Angels practice season, guests may enjoy watching them overhead.

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away on the water, you will find it here. Our cozy 2 bed/2 bath condo is like a cottage by the sea in a condo setting. Relaxing coastal decor and a beautiful view from the balcony make our home enjoyable inside and out. Enjoy all the amenities of home, sunbathe by the pool, fish from the dock, relax on the balcony, grill out on the lawn. Its all here. Just a short drive from Pensacola NAS, Pensacola Beach and historic Downtown Pensacola. (No pets allowed)

With its own separate entrance, you'll enjoy privacy and still have access to the spacious backyard. The trees are tall, but see The Blue's practice right outside the door! Conveniently nestled in the woods directly behind NAS with the Bayou Grande & Bill Dickson Boat Ramp less than a mile away and beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Free parking and wifi.

Baby Grande Studio - bayou views & shoreline walks

Wake to shimmery sparkles on Bayou Grande at this adorable studio in the historic Navy Point neighborhood. Whether on holiday or in town for a work trip, you'll enjoy peace filled days of comfort. The 2nd floor studio, (called Baby Grande) is approximately 400 sq. feet. It is recently renovated and offers a full kitchen and spacious bath. The property owners live on site in the adjoining home so just "holler" if you need anything! Otherwise we'll give you privacy to enjoy your stay.

Located across from the Naval Air Station, where you can watch practicing Blue Angels from the deck and enjoy a beautiful, blue, calm water from the bay. The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
