My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

You'll enjoy an amazing tree canopy on a short walk to the Bayou for fishing or boating! Popular downtown Pensacola is only 3 miles away, the airport is 4.5 miles, and our beautiful white sand beaches are a quick 15 minute drive!

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Newly remodeled ⭐️Private beach bungalow in Crystal Beach! ⭐️This property is a private guest house two blocks from the beach! You will have your own entrance and parking for one car. Downstairs you will find living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. The loft has 2 queen beds. Small courtyard for outdoor seating & outdoor shower. Charming Getaway | 12 minutes to Beach

Escape to our beautifully designed, modern 1-bedroom cottage, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway, a solo business trip, or a romantic retreat, this charming space is designed with you in mind. Don't leave your furry friend behind! We welcome pets with a small cleaning fee of $60 for 1 pet and $75 for 2 pets, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the trip, too.

Come spend a magical vacation with us and enjoy our comfortable cottage on Santa Rosa Sound. Close enough to town, shopping, and beaches, but off the beaten track away from the heavy tourist traffic. Our nest is a private home with a shallow beach and small dock where you can relax along Santa Rosa Sound. The cottage has a complete kitchen, laundry, covered parking, fenced yard, grill, and patio.
