A very well stocked local shop selling fresh local produce.The ferry from Flushing to Falmouth runs hourly and is a great service for tourists wanting to get around without using a car. The village also has a fantastic beach and coastal walks.

My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.
