Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! The Lion’s Den - a perfect penn state pad project

Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed. This is a basement apartment and is next to the Perfect Penn State Pad.
