Cwm Farm Cwtch, is a homely cottage set on a farm in Pontsticill, Merthyr Tydfil. You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Cwtch is in a perfect location for a number of activities, e.g Brecon Mountain Railway, Bikepark Wales, Morlais Golf Course, River fishing and lots more. There are a number of pubs in the village that serve food and local beers.

Brynawel is a beautiful Victorian house next to Thomastown Park and has stunning views over the Merthyr valley. Brynawel is a very short walk to Merthyr Tydfil town centre, the train and bus station, but far enough away for you to have a peaceful retreat.

Situated within the confines of the Historic Dowlais Stables, Stable Cottage is a spacious and quiet holiday getaway with private off road parking in secure surroundings. There is easy access to the beautifully Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons),which is only 10 mins away by car, and also to the many attractions avaliable in Merthyr Tydfil within close proximity. Bike Park Wales, Cyfarthfa Castle and Park can be visited in less than 10 mins by car.

Gethin View is a perfect location for your visit to Bikepark Wales, Brecon Beacons and 4 falls. 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station and a ten minute ride to the Bikepark. We can accommodate up to eight guests with secure bike storage inside the property. If you require additional space we have a second property 2 mins walk away, sleeping up to 8 guests (Gethin Lodge). Bike hire and guided rides around the Brecon Beacons are available on request.
