An 8 min drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it's a perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.

Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.

At about 300 meters of distance is the beach Ploče, away from all noise, with maximum tranquility and crystal clear waters.
