Avra House Symi

Στο πιο ξεχωριστό σημείο του νησιού. Στο Μουράγιο, πίσω από την πρώτη σειρά των ξενοδοχείων και σπιτιών, βρίσκεται το σπίτι Avra. Το σπίτι υπήρξε φούρνος γαλετών για τους ναυτικούς του νησιού και η αρχιτεκτονική του αναπαλαίωση σεβάστηκε με κάθε δυνατό τρόπο την αρχική του χρήση. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την μοναδική κεντρική παραλία ΝΟΣ (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια), με 60 σκαλιά απόσταση από όλα τα απαραίτητα του νησιού: ταβέρνες, cafe, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ, λιμάνι αναχώρησης-άφιξης πλοίων, βρίσκεται αυτό το δίπατο παραδοσιακό σπίτι. Με δική του αυλή, μπαλκόνι με θέα στο γιαλό, παράθυρα στο Αιγαίο, το σπίτι Avra είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε μια ήσυχη παραδοσιακή γειτονιά μακριά από την φασαρία του νησιού αλλά πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk'ta Denize Sıfır Lüks Ev

Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

Characterful House on Symi island

Recently and lovingly renovated two bedroom family home, completed in summer 2023. Beautiful and characterful with incredible views across the unique island of Symi - sea, sky, mountain and village. Perfect for solo, couple and family escapes, with a great location in the Chorio village, in a secluded spot but only a 3 minute walk to the main village square with a shop, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bars. The house is both peaceful and stylish.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Villa Casandra with a Spectacular View

Situated next to the winds mills, Villa Casandra offers you the most spectacular view of the Symi harbor, Yialos. Our charming village, Chorio is 5 minutes walk from the Villa and the harbor is 15 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just round the corner from the house for lazy days. Villa Casandra is a charming summer house with basic equipment suitable for your island holiday.

A renovated traditional mansion with wi-fi in the picturesque island of Symi. Sleeps up to 5 persons offering two separate bedrooms. A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
