The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. A szálláshelyünket igyekeztünk a lehető legotthonosabbra berendezni, hogy a vendégeink kényelmesen és jól érezzék magunkat. Éjszakára nagy franciágy várja, memóriás matraccal, antiallergén párnákkal. Két fotel gondoskodik a napközbeni pihenésről, amiből kényelmesen nézhetik a led tv-t, ahol több mint 100 csatorna elérhető. A lakásban Wi-fi-s internet található. Központi helyen a belvárosban, a Széchenyi tértől 8 perc sétára. Frissen felújított magasföldszinti lakás kiadó. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, a konyha teljes mértékben berendezett. A modern apartment is for rent in the near of historical downtown of Pécs, few minutes walk from the city center (Széchenyi square), it is 48 m2 for 2-4 persons. All touristic spectacles are reachable by a short walk.

Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. Our newly decorated apartment is located in the heart of the historic downtown of Pécs. The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
