Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Nestled beneath live oak and pecan trees, this home offers a spacious backyard, patio, and kayaks for guests to enjoy. Take a 2 minute stroll to Heritage Park which boasts a lovely kayak launch ramp and watch a sunset views over Clear Creek. Spend the day at nearby NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. Not to mention, Downtown Houston and Galveston are just a short drive away.

This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

I understand sometimes flights get canceled and folks are in need of a place to stay at the last minute. if my house is available during your time of need I will do everything I can to accommodate your group.
