We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

This is not the closest house to The Pearl District, but it is the 5th closest house. The property is newly rebuilt from the ground up for Airbnb. The whole structure designed by an HGTV celebrity.
