Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Blackthorn Hideaway is our luxury, bespoke Shepherd's Hut. It has open field views and is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, pubs, restaurants, famous attractions, and is only 20 minutes from the Peak District National Park. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.

A quirky self-catering shepherd's hut in the Peak District close to and with stunning views of Higger Tor and the village of Hathersage. This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. A welcome pack is included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. The Higger Tor Shepherds Hut is sister to the Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut making this an ideal site for two couples to holiday together.

Relax in total comfort, in our converted 1950s railway goods van. Once common place on farms around the Peak District this little gem is far removed from the animal shelter it once was! Fitted out to the highest quality, featuring a king sized bed, comfy sofa, kitchen, log burner and smart TV, etc. Something quite special, situated in its own secluded area, a few steps away from the magnificent views of Chrome hill and the Dove valley beyond.
