The Old Barn, Buxton - A Dream Come True

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and modern. It has been my dream to renovate the unique and private barn at our Grade 2 family home and finally it has happened! I would love to share it with you. Ours is one of the oldest houses in Buxton dating back to the seventeenth century and was once a coaching stop on the medieval road to London. It is now a boutique property set near the common, ideally situated to explore the Peak District yet just a short walk into the town centre.

The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

Cosy apartment within 17th Century Manor House

Beautiful self-contained ground floor apartment set within the wing of the 17th Century Manor House, Wormhill Hall. The flat was originally the brew house for the property, this 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps 2-4. Situated in the heart of the Peak District between Buxton & Tideswell, it is perfectly placed for access to the Monsal Trail & for the exploration of the many delights of the Peak District National Park. A very good local pub, "The Anglers Rest", Millers Dale 1.5 miles away.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

The Pig Shed.

A luxurious, stylish and unique converted pig shed. Self contained, fully furbished, boutique style with lots of character. Located in the heart of the Peak District. 7 mins from Castleton and Tideswell. Chatsworth only 20 mins drive away. Edale, Mam Tor, Eyam close by. Local pub 30 secs walk, great food/cake open Thurs til Sun. Excellent base for walking & biking from. Underfloor heating throughout, LED TV with fire stick. Fold away dining table and chairs. Private parking for 2 vehicles.

West View Cottage - a perfect, cosy base

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

Folly, Wormhill, Buxton, Peak District, Derbyshire

The Folly is a sympathetically converted one bedroomed barn, attached to the main farmhouse. It has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 2. It is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Peak District, with walks and rides from the doorstep. We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.

Hope Cottage

Hope Cottage is a traditional Derbyshire Gritstone cottage with original features, located in the tiny village of Sparrowpit. Set in an outstanding location with dramatic countryside views & overlooking Mam Tour, the cottage is a cosy ebode complete with log burner. Whether you are coming to see a show in the famous Buxton Opera House or to simply enjoy the countryside & fresh air then Hope Cottage is in a great location for it all, located half way between Buxton & The Hope Valley

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
