A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Free WiFi, full kitchen, full bath, coffee/tea bar, washer/dryer, TV and air conditioning. Self check in to basement entrance with Smart Lock.

Enjoy a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views of Utah lake and the Wasatch Mountains. Across the street Old Willow Lane has a country feel. The Provo River Trail takes you from Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon to Utah Lake; Rock Canyon trail is close by or hike the Y mountain. Guests may use a trampoline and deck overlooking the Utah Lake. We welcome guests to enjoy all that Utah County has to offer!! Kid friendly. Washer and Dryer in apartment. Private entrance!

Enjoy the elegance of this cozy, beautifully renovated townhome located in the heart of Spanish Fork. Decorated in a stunningly unique modern design, all furniture is brand new, comfortable, with rooms incredibly spacious. The perfect family-friendly place for you to retreat, relax, and revive yourself. Take an early morning stroll on the trail that starts right behind the home, enjoy the beautiful park just across the street and wander around the historic main street of Spanish Fork.

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.

Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
