Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
