The house has everything you need, outdoor dining, a bbq, 2 living areas, a multi purpose mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The caravan & utility have their own outdoor kitchen/dining area and outdoor shower. The section is fully fenced.

This is a very comfortable contemporary style beach house only a short walk to a magnificent beach,very sort after by holiday makers.The family can walk to the beach and not cross any roads.This is on one of New Zealand's most beautiful coasts with great walks hiking and fishing not to mention the surf.
