It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Our house is situated on a hill 10 mins from the main town .It overlooks two bays with magnificent views of the port and spectacular sunsets over the Icarian sea.The house always benefits from a cool sea breeze. Large balcony at front of house with enclosed patio to rear with barbecue. House is fully furnished and equipped with one double bedroom and one twin room ( two single beds one of which opens out to become double) There is private parking area available on our land.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας Πάτμου στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς.Αυτό που κάνει το σπίτι ξεχωριστό είναι η μπροστινή μεγάλη βεράντα με την υπέροχη-μοναδική θέα προς το λιμάνι και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα! Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει σκεπασμένη αυλή.
