Our home and detached garage apartment offer the design and charm of a historic New Orleans style home with the luxuries and amenities of a home built in 2013. We are setup to accommodate business and leisure travelers, whether it be for a few days or a few weeks. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, groceries, and a gym are all within less than a mile in our walkable neighborhood...you'll come to understand why we feel like we live in a small town within our large and diverse city! Feel free to use our outdoor patio space and gas grill (please request permission in advance to ensure space will be available) We will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always available if you need some directions or recommendations. Tree-lined avenues and historic homes give the area a small town feel. Described as a destination for foodies, architecture buffs, and creative types, there is a glut of great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Downtown and the Energy Corridor. Located within 5 minutes of I-610, I-10, & I-45, you can get most places via car in urban Houston within 20 minutes. Use uber or park your vehicle in front of our home (off-street parking available). There is a great hike and bike trail 1 block from our home and the neighborhood is very walkable.

It's very walkable area with many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries just a 5-minute walk in any direction. We are just north of downtown Houston and 1/2 mile (4 min) away from White Oak Music Hall. Ride shares are never more than a few minutes away. There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. The Metro light-rail is only 2 blocks away and provides direct access to U of H Downtown, Downtown, Midtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and more. We offer comfortable outdoor furniture with fire pits & lighting. A griddle, grill, and pellet smoker are all available.

The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.
