The outdoor pool and deck area is for exclusive guest use in a private tropical garden. On street parking available. The owners live on site upstairs and have a separate entrance.

Only 7minutes to the city and airport. I built-in the downstairs of my Pole Home, it is air- condition for guest to enjoy our wonderful location. Base tariff is for 2. $40 per extra guest.

Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful light and airy bathroom. Out the front is a small pool great to cool off in.

It is a great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable space to stay while you explore Cairns & the Tropical far north. Please note the property is on a busy street, & the space has ceiling fans but is not air-conditioned. unfortunately the property is not suitable for children or pets.

Laundry is downstairs and shared with Kevin but is available and accessible at all times

The Kookaburra Lodge (aptly named for its feathered visitors), is a purpose built 1 bedroom apartment on a fully fenced 1000sqm plot, beside our family home. With a shared pool & its own deck for relaxation, The Lodge yard offers tons of space for those furry/non furry friends to romp, play and be entertained. (Please note no pets inside) ¹ Cleaning fee of $50 if pet hair found inside.

Situated at 194 Grafton Street, Cairns City, this unit is a short, flat walk to the City Centre, Esplanade, shops and restaurants. It is an older property that was built in the 1970’s but has been upgraded internally. It is a lowset block of just four units in total, all managed by us.
