Anah Playa provides you with luxury living, steps away from all that Playa Del Carmen has to offer. The unit has floor-to-ceiling glass doors, blackout shade, and sunshade curtains, with a terrace opening to the the spectacular interior courtyard. A large sectional couch can combine into almost a queen-sized bed to sleep up to two additional guests. The unit has a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is equipped with a rain-style shower-head, and marble furnishings. Located in the heart of downtown, shopping centers, markets, and grocery stores in town are all within 3-minute walking distance from the building. Stroll just 2 blocks to reach the nightlife, bars, and restaurants of action-packed 5th Avenue. Cabs are cheap especially if you speak spanish, the building is a 2 minute walk from 5th avenue, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes from the entertainment district, and 1-minute from the bus station to Cancun, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Tulum. Cheap car rental companies are just one street away as well. I believe in energy efficiency, and so tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has two air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-8.5 pesos/kwh. The more that is used each month, the higher the applied rate. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 4 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can. Laundry is free for guests staying a week or more, but must be activated at the front desk. Small building fee charged to short stay guests. If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Carmen Sol Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. The rooftop pool runs parallel with the ocean for a panoramic view. There is also a gym. Our studio sleeps three guests, full kitchen, Wi-Fi 100 mbps fiber, smart tv and laundry machine.
