Avonlea Gardens & Inn - Entire House

Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

The “Dreamcatcher” Treehouse with Private Hot Tub

With upscale modern design featuring beautiful cozy interiors and comfort at every turn, your stay will be a welcome retreat.

The Ledgerock Cabin, Garrettsville/Parkman, Ohio

2 NIGHT MIN. We are located on a ledge overlooking the Grand River and are close to: Hiram; Burton; Solon; Chesterland; Chardon; Garrettesville; canoe liveries; hiking trails and picnic areas. You’ll love our place because of the views and convenient location. We furnish: towels; bedding; a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; a t.v. that gets ROKU (FREE), Netflix and Amazon are available for access to your personal accounts. We recently added a firepit for your enjoyment. Sorry, no pets.

The Old Postal Cottage

*Note: feel free to inquire about availability for dates not listed as open on calendar. The Old Postal Cottage, built in the 1840s, was the Parkman post office until mid 2018. It was completely renovated, and it is now a tiny house, located within an Amish community in Northeast Ohio. It has a private entrance, and is a cozy space, perfect for a getaway in the country, with access to all major roads and an easy commute to Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, and many tourist attractions.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Nestled in the Woods of Geauga County is the home of Ma & Pa’s Cabin. A Getaway perfect for the weary traveler or great vacation spot! Surrounded by mature woods. Ma & Pa’s offers a unique adventure but just like home experience. Private, Hiking/Biking Trail, Fireplace, Outdoor Wood Fire pit, Spacious Kitchen, Outdoor Bath (No Jets) including Wifi. Our cozy and inviting cabin, the Eagle's Nest, is nestled in a countryside setting behind Greene Eagle Winery and Brew Pub in rural Northeast Ohio. If you are looking for charm, and quiet relaxing comfort, this 384 sq. ft. cabin with exposed cedar beams is your perfect overnight or weekend retreat. Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Outdoor Enthusiasts Paradise

Great location for all types of outdoor activities. Next to Bronzwood golf course and close to Pymatuning lake for great year round fishing. Nearby hunting, walking, UTV riding, snowmobile, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Entire house with outdoor fire pit available. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest.
