Come relax in my Park Forest house near to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy walking through the neighborhood, stopping at the local parks for the kids, or to get your morning cup of coffee at Starbucks. The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

Rustic Cabin on Spring Creek

Built in 1916, the Pioneer is our cozy cabin along the creek in Fisherman's Paradise. This home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway. With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the porch or patio. Inside has a rustic, classic cabin feel with modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so you really get the best of both worlds. We Are!

State College Getaway

Unique Tudor style home is a hidden gem in State College! Two bedroom, two full bathroom home that sleeps 6 comfortably. Plenty of privacy with spacious yard and patio. Inside you will find an open floor plan with a large kitchen & dining area. Relax in the living room with a 55" 4k TV and surround sound. The natural gas fireplace will create a warm and cozy atmosphere. A few short minutes from Penn State campus, stadium, and downtown! Plenty of eating, shopping, and dining options nearby.

Spacious duplex 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! Quiet neighborhood, great for reunions, families, and access to PSU. Sleeps 10, using shared beds. One driveway parking spot and ample street parking. Large backyard, ideal for cookouts and fun! Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful inside dining area. Full bath. Living room has 2 comfortable couches, both open to queen beds. Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

Cozy Cottage 2BR - peaceful while convenient

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Modern look with all new appliances, bedding and furniture plus located in Park Forest Neighborhood on N. Atherton St, you will have the best of all State College worlds! Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Walk down the street to a park with playground or to a Starbucks! All linens provided. Enjoy a free breakfast at home (waffle station with all supplies for you to make). Take CATA (bus) to anywhere in town. 2.5 miles to Penn State.

Unassuming on the outside, but take a look inside! This ranch style house has been updated to make travelers feel at home. Close to all the amenities - restaurants, shopping, mountain biking, and a park just down the street for kids! Located on a quiet street, yet has easy access to the highway; close to the stadium and downtown. Gig speed internet. Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING. If you are under 21 and do not have at least one Airbnb 5 star review, we will not rent to you.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage - Whole House!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Cozy riverfront cottage with easy access to US 322

A relaxing oasis for adults and kids alike, our 1930s Cape Cod is situated along a quiet walking/biking trail and is well-equipped for long and short stays alike. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.
