Bridger guesthouse, 1/2 way between MSU/Downtown!

This spacious 3 bed home located just south of Downtown, is in an ideal Bozeman location for families, people visiting MSU, or Bozeman in general. It is about a mile walk north to downtown, a mile walk west to MSU, a mile walk to the south lies the Museum of the Rockies, and a mile to the east on top of Peet's Hill in Burke Park. Outside, the deck is great for grilling. We have been hosting guests here since 2016. In winter, the ski hills are never far off. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

This is a very unique property with private living quarters (owner occupied) on the backside of the main house with basement and attached to the living space above the garage.
