Bridger guesthouse, 1/2 way between MSU/Downtown!

This spacious 3 bed home located just south of Downtown, is in an ideal Bozeman location for families, people visiting MSU, or Bozeman in general. It is about a mile walk north to downtown, a mile walk west to MSU, a mile walk to the south lies the Museum of the Rockies, and a mile to the east on top of Peet's Hill in Burke Park. Outside, the deck is great for grilling. We have been hosting guests here since 2016. In winter, the ski hills are never far off. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

This is a very unique property with private living quarters (owner occupied) on the backside of the main house with basement and attached to the living space above the garage. There is also a separate Airbnb apartment (no kitchen) upstairs with its own private entrance, called the RedChair Retreat. These spaces are separate and private. - STR23-00001

We are located in Emigrant, MT 30 miles North of the North Entrance! We provide a home away from home while you visit YNP, Livingston and Paradise Valley! Our kitchen is well stocked, and we have many spices and herbs. We have comfortable beds.There are two full baths, 1 master bath with a large tub and full shower, and 1 full bath on main floor, W/D in closet in first floor bath. We rent to vacation guests. No facilities for hunters/work crews.

Air conditioner, heater, hair dryer. No smoking. No pets. We provide pots and pans.
