Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Driftwood Escape at Otaki Beach

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Stunning sea views from private unit in new house

This modern self-contained unit with private access offers the best of both worlds - quiet with stunning elevated sea views from every room and just a 12min drive to the city centre and ferry terminal, and a 25min drive to Wellington Airport. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Wellington. Or if you're feeling active, there's a walking trail with breathtaking views right opposite the house. Free on-street parking for your car.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.

Oak Lee

Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.

The Spot

Perfectly located everything you need for a relaxing getaway at the beach. Just a five minute stroll to the Paraparaumu beach village with a great choice of eateries, quirky shops, skate park and kids playground. Beautiful beach, moments from your door, popular for kayaks, paddle boards, fishing and safe swimming. It's a wonderful spot!

"The Beach Bach" - Absolute Beachfront!

Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
