Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.
