Το Estia Luxury Apartmentς είναι ένα καινούργιο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης με δωρεάν δημόσιο χώρο στάθμευσης. Απέχει 30μ από τη θάλασσα με οργανωμένη παραλία και 100μ από τα ferries για τη νήσο Χρυσή. Διαθέτει δυο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού και τραπεζαρίας όπως και τζακούζι στην αυλή με extra χρέωση (10€ την ημέρα) .
