This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Samo 6 minuta hoda od centra grada i luke i samo 50 metara od Muzeja Bubulina. Plaža i autobuska stanica su udaljene 3 minuta hoda. Sa visokim plafonima, starinskim nameštajem, obiljem svetlosti, velikim dvorištem popločanim šljunkom i ogromnim spavaćim sobama, idealan je za porodice i grupe koje traže autentično iskustvo na Spetsesu.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

SunBlaze Studios, u St Nikolaosu, potpuno opremljeni, sa udobnim dušecima (bračni dušek „king size“ 190X190 sa naddušekom od memorijske pene ili 2 kreveta za jednu osobu na zahtev), Wi-Fi-jem, klima-uređajem i prostranom verandom od 12 m². Između Nove (10') i Stare luke (7'), jedan blok od plaže, sa tradicionalnim vilama, romantičnim uličicama, katedralom, barovima i restoranima, blizu supermarketa/autobuske stanice/pekare.
