It is a 30 m2 studio on the ground floor of a two-storey house. It is located at the west edge of Paradisi village, in a small populated and quiet area, with a view towards the fields and the sea. The studio has one double bed 1,60 Χ 2,00 m., a self-catering kitchenette with a sink and cooking utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. The studio has also A/C, a ceiling fan, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a toaster. There is a veranda in front of it and a courtyard in common use.

It is situated in a quiet residential area close to Paradisi village centre, which boasts excellent tavernas, cafes, supermarkets and other amenities. A nearby bus stop on the main transport route links with all of Rhodes’ fantastic attractions and beautiful beaches. Popular Ixia beach is 15 minutes by car, Rhodes Old Town is 30 minutes, and the airport is within walking distance!

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach.
