The house includes two 28 sqm apartments for two guests and one 42 sqm apartment for three guests, all indipendent located on the ground floor and first floor. The spaces have been created using high-quality materials, the furnishings are designed to offer our guests maximum comfort. We live on the first floor of the building and are always available to assist our guests.

Situata in area pedonale, a due passi da ristoranti e cocktail bar che animano la città, è perfetta per 2 persone, piccole famiglie o coppie di amici. È composta da una stanza da letto matrimoniale, una stanza con divano letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno e un ampio terrazzo con barbeque dove poter cenare con la massima privacy e dal quale godere di una bellissima vista sulla piazza.

Il terzo bagno, in terrazzo è utilizzabile in estate. Se si vuole utilizzare la seconda camera da letto anche essendo in 2, bisognerà pagare un supplemento di euro 30 al giorno.

Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
