Located at the rear of a residential home, this tiny home has its own private spa pool with outdoor lighting to accent the surrounding tropical plants. Omokoroa has an abundance of walkways and cycleways and this home is located on the doorstep of scenic trails with harbour views. 4 mins drive from the supermarket, bars and restaurants, golf course and 7 mins drive to main beach and amenities. No cleaning fee.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Located next to our family home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, luxurious semi-ensuite with tiled shower, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Shady Grove Cabin

Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.

The Pool house

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Pool House is a self contained guest house sharing a property with a family house. It has its own private entrance & a parking space. It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!

Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

The Shaka Shack in Mount Maunganui Beach -

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
