The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

This may not be the fanciest condo at Fountainebleau but it is steps away from the beach. This end unit provides some peace and privacy on the 4th floor across from the little used staircase so the view is partially blocked. But you will be spending most of your time on the Beach, at great restaurants or bars. Fast wifi. Cable tv is not provided 3 guests max
