Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Old Stables is a spacious, tastefully furnished private retreat, perfect for two. We’re located in the pretty village of Bredon just 3 miles from the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury, close to Cheltenham and a short drive to the north Cotswolds. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! *The Fox and Hounds is still closed due to a fire (note added April 2026)

Situated above the garage to the side of the main property, with ample parking, the apartment has pleasant views and is only a few minutes walk from the ancient village church with many country walks from the door. You can enjoy the evening sun on the private patio.

When it's chilly, warm yourselves beside the superb Clearview Stove and in summer, sit outside and drink in the amazing view. We are dog friendly.
