Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Hilltop Pines - Near Ballston and Longnook Beaches

House on a private road, the perfect vacation spot for family trips. 1.6 miles from Ballston Beach and close to many wonderful restaurants like Winslow’s Tavern, Montano’s, Victors & PB Boulangerie plus other wonderful shops and restaurants in Chatham, Truro, Wellfleet & Provincetown. The Truro Vineyard is 3.5 miles away, stop in for local wine/liquor as well as wonderful food. Lobster Rolls from the Crushpad truck every Sunday from 6-8 pm. (in season only)

This unique and accommodating four season guest home is situated on beautifully groomed property adjacent to an organic farm and surrounded by protected woodland. A private retreat that is minutes to Provincetown, beaches, trails and more. June through September, rented by the week, Sunday to Sunday. We take well behaved dogs. $150 per animal in addition to rent.
