The Guesthouse is in a quiet green area of Woombye, near Nambour & close to Maroochydore. There is plenty of room to park park your cars, boats & trailers. There is a swimming pool 100 metre walk to the main house. Coolum is approximately 15 minutes drive, Noosa & Eumundi Markets are 30 minutes. Montville is just 15 minutes up the hill with a choice of 3 scenic drives. Maroochydore Plaza 15 minutes. Brisbane is 1 1/2 hours drive (to Southside Rocklea), the Woombye train station is 5 minutes away. The Big Pineapple & HQ Zoo, and a great range of eateries like Rick's Garage are nearby.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome, NO gentle parenting products.we have a high chair, bed rail and port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Our old Tractor Shed has been reborn as a tranquil holiday retreat. An airy, open-plan space with a private outdoor bath and a stunning view. Nestled in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, it is a short drive to the artisan village of Montville, with the stunning Kondallila National Park and hinterland wedding venues nearby. The beach is also only half an hour away. However, settle back and enjoy the views and a complementary gin tasting at Twelve and a Half Acres distillery on our property.

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
