The 210m2 private house is boosting sea views from all decks and is designed to provide luxury accommodation. Το σπίτι μου είναι στο Καβούσι , ένα ομορφο γραφικό χωριό κτισμενο σε υψόμετρο 140 μέτρων, στους πρόποδες του υψώματος Αφέντης του Όρους Θρυπτής και βρίσκεται επί της οδού Αγίου Νικολάου - Σητείας. Απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από την Ιεράπετρα, 24 χιλιόμετρα από τον Άγιο Νικόλαο και 40 χιλιόμετρα από την Σητεία. Το παλιό καφενείο του παππού έγινε ο ιδανικός χωρος διομονής στο όμορφο και ειδυλιακό αυτό χωριό σε μια ησυχη γειτονιά προσφέροντας μοναδικές συνθήκες γαλήνης .
