This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

We are a hilltop vineyard with a boutique tasting room just a few steps from the home. You can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool or even walk over to the tasting room to enjoy our live music, wine tasting, and a bocce ball court. Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

One of 6 darling cottages on a one and a half acre lot renovated to new. Rent multiple cottages for you and your friends. Conveniently located near Temecula Wine Country, Old Town Temecula, and Pechanga, but still very secluded. Small dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 - passed on to our cleaning service. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities. We also offer a Wedding and Event venue. Inquire about our special packages.
