Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Nestled in its core, the cottage is conveniently close to Norfolk, making it an ideal base for exploring both counties. With its location and amenities, the cottage is perfect for those seeking to venture into the picturesque countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk.

With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Broadlands Park & Marina offers a peaceful setting on the picturesque Oulton Broad. No83 is just metres away from the Marina's leisure facilities and the on-site bar and restaurant, and is a five minute walk from Nicholas Everitt Park; a great location with The Everitt Park Café, children's playground, and an open space for dog walking.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
