Comfortably suited for four but could accommodate six, with two double sofa sleeps in the lounge and a Queen sized bed in the bedroom. Koru Cottage is situated in a small community of similar cottages offering you security and relaxation with your own off-street parking. A mere 200m to a quiet beach and beautiful bush walks. Less than 1 km away are the many activities, cafes and restaurants of central Paihia.

Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Mulga Bill's Cottage is located 5 km south of Kaikohe down Mangakahia Rd. Totora trees abound on the property, and we are surrounded by farmland. Kaikohe is centrally located in the Far North, and is close to Ngawha hot pools, the Bay of Islands, Hokianga Harbour, Kaitaia, the 90 Mile Beach and the Kauri forests. The Cottage is only 1.6 km from the Twin Coast Cycle Trail. We are located mid-way between the coasts, so are an ideal base from which to cycle the trail.
