Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. Bay of Islands is the Birthplace of NZ. All sightseeing tours go from here. Every point of interest in Northland is visited in a day trip from here. Stay a week, use our place as your base. You’ll love our place because of the location in a peaceful and quiet street, 1.2 km away from all the hubbub and noise associated with being right in the heart of Paihia (especially in holiday season). Our place is close to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and dining, walking tracks, cruises and tours.

Moana Vista

Private, peaceful with stunning views.... yet, Oh so close to town! Moana Vista is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment just a short stroll to all Paihia has to offer while still providing an elevated retreat with ever changing views of the town and bay. Situated in a small side road with no through traffic this newly renovated, double glazed, fully stocked, home-away-from-home is only a couple of minutes walk to Paihia central with restaurants, shops and tourist activities on your doorstep.

Kiwi calls and sunrises by the Kerikeri inlet.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Our Apartment is situated within walking distance of two beaches, cafes, bars and nightlife in Paihia. It is only a 5 minute walk to where you can hire bikes, kayaks and sailboards. A further 5 minutes will have you arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.

Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.

Garden Suite, a self contained apartment set in a garden and bush setting with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering ,king bed or twin, ensuite bathroom, tastefully decorated to reflect the natural colours of the surroundings. We do not allow children to stay.
