Stay in our almost 900 sq ft private suite located on the lower floor of the cabin with your own entrance, bathroom, living room, 65" TV, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. A full size bed is available, however please note the path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. A fenced in yard for your pet. A $15 fee per pet per night is billed separately capped at $60. Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
