Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

In the middle of the nature reserve Dubrava Hanzina on the island of Pag, we have built a modern highly luxury villa in the small village Sveta Marija (St. Maria) to combine luxurious living (Sauna, Gym, Pool, Summer Kitchen) with the joy of pure nature. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
