Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Ärzte, Wochenmarkt. Vor dem Haus befindet 50 m. entfernt der Sandstrand. Aus Wohnzimmer, aus alle schlafzimmer Balkonen und Terassen Meerblick.Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlfzimmer haben Klima anlagen. Im Haus befindet ein Sebil(Für Trinkwasser Kühlung)

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Enjoy your tranquil getaway in this seaside loft with a big terrace, where you can wake up to the sound of the waves hitting the beach, experience an uninterrupted sunrise, have barbecue in the evening and watch the stars at night. You can swim in the sea just 10 meters away or visit nearby beaches in 30 mins distance. There are many vineyards and fine dining restaurants, places for horseback riding and a famous farmers market in the area.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
