Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Herons is totally unique, a beautiful detached lodge situated on the banks of the River Thames. Beautiful interiors and the views are simply wonderful from sunrise to sunset. Herons is the perfect place to unwind and relax, just sit and watch the wildlife and the boats milling along the river. Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Apple Tree Cottage is a refurbished two bedroom cosy cottage with a separate large shower room, set in a peaceful countryside setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views, and situated between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village and Oxford close by. Ideal for weekends, short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer.

Set in the gardens of our 17th Century house, we are offering you a well designed barn conversion which is spacious and light. We are situated in the pretty rural village of Shabbington, just outside the market town of Thame, and surrounded by the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire countryside. We are ideally placed for those wishing to visit local attractions such as Bicester Village, Oxford, Waddesdon Manor and Blenheim Palace.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Stylish countryside accommodation situated in the quaint village of Fyfield. The Old Library is a peaceful, self-contained, fully equipped guest house within easy reach of Oxford and the Cotswolds. Access is through an electric gate and gravel drive. Guests will have ample off street parking directly outside the guest house.
