Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Large Studio room with King size bed, sofa, small fridge, ensuite with a shower. We’re situated in east Oxford near the bustling Cowley Road with lots of restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries. The studio has been ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All frequently touched areas have been disinfected also. All linens have been washed at a high temperature.
